Quest and Questline-related text is usually indicated by yellow in the title of an event.
Major Plot and other events that largely affect the world is usually indicated by red in the title.
Minor Plot and other events that loosely affect the world is usually indicated by orange in the title.
Bonus Events and other such concepts are usually indicated by blue in the title.
Emboldened text usually indicates that something among a group is of a higher importance, such as a Main Questline.
Sometimes NPCs may be colored based on their relationship with players, generally following the code Ally, Neutral, and Enemy. A player's Reputation can affect these color codes and how much NPCs tolerate said player.
Italicized text usually indicates out-of-game information or additional information in general.
